[Eye look] Yellow, green, & duochrome eyes using some favorite brands

Products used:

• Crease: Apocalyptic Beauty Cosmetics - Sonic Sunshine (yellow), Spectrum Cosmetics - Harlequin (lime green)
• Outer V: Chaos Cosmetics - Sovereign
  
• Lid: Makeup Geek - Hologram over Fyrinnae - Pixie Epoxy
• Lower lash line: same as crease but with black eyeliner
• Inner corner: Babydoll Beauty - Luxurious (brand now defunct)
• Mascara: Essence - Lash Princess False Lash Effect
• Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills - Medium Brown Dipbrow Pomade, hairspray
• Base: Meow Cosmetics - Purrrfect Puss Powder Foundation in Sleek Ocicat (face), Urban Decay Eden Primer Potion set with translucent powder (eyelid), e.l.f - HD Lifting Concealer in fair (undereyes which are obviously way too yellow)

I randomly thought about how much I enjoy yellow makeup but rarely wear it. I also remembered a few other products I've been missing, so I stuck them all together for this look! It was semi-planned but came together and was really fun.

 

Thoughts

Each of these shadows applied like a dream. They blended well, had perfect opacity for how I like to do my makeup, and everything stayed in place all day. Wonderful. All of these brands make fantastic loose shadows, in my opinion, and I would easily rank them among my top five favorites. (I think the only brand missing is Fyrinnae.) I am so happy with how this came out, and I would wear any of these eyeshadows again in any look. They all get my unwavering approval and recommendation! My last thing that I loved about this was that it is the first time I've ever posted an eye look using my DSLR and macro lens. It's much harder than using my phone, but I think the results are worth it - look at the sparkle! It makes me excited to use my makeup, which is exactly the point.
