Soothsayer is described as cool toned rosy brown. I bought this from the Notoriously Morbid site in June 2019 when I heard they were taking some of their lipsticks off the site. Unfortunately, this shade was one of the ones that was discontinued, and I don't know if it will return. Apparently, this used to be named 'Hello, My Name Is Trash Boat' before it was rebranded sometime in the first half of 2016.
This is the 3.5 mL size sample, which Notoriously Morbid used to offer for all of their liquid lipsticks but no longer has on their website. According to their listings, the Mystic Matte formula is designed to set quickly with intense color and comfortable wear. This has a small, firm doefoot applicator that I found easy to use. I definitely agree with the claims here - the formula is opaque in one coat and applies beautifully, almost like nothing is on the lips. It's a thinner formula and feels light and not sticky at all. It did feel the tiniest bit dry after a few hours of wear, but I'd say it's more like the feeling of almost needing lip balm rather than a full-on dryness. It had some transfer with water, leaving lipstick on my straw, but it stayed on well otherwise.
